Booking In

The waiting time for booking-in is usually 4 weeks so please ensure you make an appointment as early as possible.  We would like you to book-in at approximately 20 weeks.

To arrange your booking please contact the Maternity Unit on 03 5022 3480: appointments will be scheduled between 8.30am and 3.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays . Booking-in will take approximately 1 hour and includes a tour of the Unit.

Women 21 years and younger book-in through the Young Women's Service.  This service operates two days a week, Monday 9am to 5.30pm and Thursday 7.00am to 3.20pm.  Please arrange your appointment by telephoning 03 5022 3480.

• Pre-admission form (this will be given to you by your Obstetrician)
• Victorian Maternity Record
• Privacy Brochure
• Medicare Card
• Health Care Card

Antenatal classes may be arranged during the booking-in appointment.
